General Terms and Conditions



If you wish to cancel your booking, you must do so at least 2 days prior to arrival. Please note that the day of arrival begins at 0:00. Any booking not cancelled at least 2 days prior to arrival will be charged the full amount of the stay. In case of no-show, the full booking amount will be charged. Different cancellation policies often apply to group bookings. The hotel will contact you if this is the case.
